Lessons of children's judo in Japan. Film 2. Japanese schools of Judo.
Kallista Film offers a new series of films about children's judo in Japan. The content of the proposed films is training sessions in Japanese schools, clubs and centers for the study of judo. This is the second film, it is divided into two parts. In the first part, training takes place in children from 4 to 9 years, and in the second part, children from 10 to 13 years old are engaged. The first group trains 30 children. The lesson is taught by one coach and two assistants. In the film, you will see the structure of the training, what tasks and exercises the children perform, and in what sequence. Pay attention to the discipline and the tasks that children from 4 to 9 years own. It will be interesting to see the game part of the training. What objects are used and how they are located in the hall during the relay race. The second group trains 30 children. This group has its own game tasks. Particular attention should be paid to the children's "teachers". If doing game tasks, these were ordinary children, then by performing the "teacher" they turned into serious athletes. The film will be useful for coaches working with children.
